STUDENT TESTIMONTIALS
“The Bones for Life classes have been so beneficial to me. Before starting these classes, I was afraid of falling and breaking my hip. Now, I feel better about myself, am more secure and my posture has improved tremendously. It is also so much easier to get up and down from the floor. I would recommend the classes to one and all.”
– Evelyn Pike

“Bones for Life has exceeded my expectations. I have gained improvement in skeletal balance and posture; movement is more evenly distributed and balanced. I can walk barefoot with comfort when I could not before beginning the sessions. I am now able to lie flat on my back with less head support needed. Sitting on the floor is no longer difficult and I can move to a standing position with ease using techniques learned. Something new and helpful is learned every class.”
- Barbara Foster, retired probation officer
